Experimental sites

These sites are very specific examples of the proposed Snowman feature set in action. "A site for the Geneva, IL farmer's market;" "A site for the band 'Screeching Kittens;'" and "A site for the open source project, 'Dropple'" are some possible examples. These sites are used to help us determine which features are valuable across a wide range of "small collaborative group" use cases.

Unicorn

A macro-blog platform, modeled on Jux.com.

Simple, wide-format blog pages.

SnowMaker

Site type:

From Snowman R&D Sites

The local DIY/Maker hobbyists in the town of Heterodyne are interested in moving their email conversations and cafe fliers to a website. They want a place where they can pick each other's brains, post tutorials, keep a project log, announce their demo gatherings and regional maker fairs, and create some media-heavy posts recapping cools demos and happenings at the events.

It was unclear which site type this fit into.
